Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of nutritional status graded nursing combined with group cognitive behavior intervention in the postoperative nursing of patients with colon cancer.Method:A total of 80 patients with colon cancer admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Yichun from January 2022 to June 2023 were divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases)by envelope method.The control group was given routine postoperative nursing,and the study group was given nutritional status graded nursing and group cognitive behavior intervention on the basis of routine postoperative nursing,and both groups were intervened for 4 weeks.The nutritional status,cancer-related fatigue,psychological consistency and self-management ability of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Result:After intervention,the patient-generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA)score in study group was lower than that in control group,the levels of serum albumin(ALB)and prealbumin(PA)were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of cancer fatigue scale(CFS)in study group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of Chinese version of sense of consistency scale-13(SOC-13)and scores of Chinese version of strategies used by people to promote health(SUPPH)were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of nutritional status graded nursing and group cognitive behavior intervention can help to improve the nutritional status and cancer-related fatigue in patients after colon cancer surgery,and it has positive significance on enhancing the psychological consistency and self-management ability of patients.关键词
