Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with cirrhosis and its influence on quality of life.Method:A total of 80 patients with cirrhosis admitted to Guihang Guiyang Hospital from June 2021 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group(given routine nursing intervention)and observation group(given high-quality nursing intervention),with 40 cases in each group.Liver function,quality of life,mental state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant difference in alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)between the two groups(P>0.05).ALT and AST in observation group were lower than those in control group after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of social function,physical function,material life status and mental function between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with cirrhosis is high,which can not only improve the liver function and quality of life of patients,but also contribute to the improvement of negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
