LABA/LAMA双联支气管扩张剂在硅沉着病合并COPD患者中的临床疗效
Clinical Efficacy of LABA/LAMA Duplex Bronchodilators in Patients with Silicosis Complicated with COPD

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of long-acting β2 agonist(LABA)/long-acting muscarinic antagonists(LAMA)duplex bronchodilators in the treatment of silicosis complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 100 patients with silicosis complicated with COPD admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from February 2019 to August 2020 were selected,and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group received LABA/LAMA duplex bronchodilators(Indacaterol Maleate and Glycopyrronium Bromide),the control group received Budesonide and Formoterol.The pulmonary function forced expiratory volume at the first second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)of the two groups were compared before treatment at 1,3,6 and 12 months.The modified medical research council(mMRC)and BODE index were compared between the two groups before treatment and 12 months after treatment.The risk of acute exacerbation and pneumonia were compared between the two groups during 12 months of treatment.Result:After treatment for 3,6 and 12 months,FEV1 and FVC in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After 12 months of treatment,mMRC score and BODE index in both groups were slightly decreased than those before treatment,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The risk of acute exacerbation and pneumonia in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:LABA/LAMA duplex bronchodilators has a significant effect and higher safety in the treatment of patients with silicosis complicated with COPD.关键词
