Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in the treatment of"double heart disease".Method:A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease accompanied with anxiety and depression admitted to Zibo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random envelope method.Both groups were treated with Metoprolol,on this basis,the control group(n=40)was combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets,and the observation group(n=40)was combined with Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,cardiac function and mental state of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end-systolic diameter between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was(54.78±4.15)%,which was higher than(45.46±2.63)%in the control group,and the left ventricular end-systolic diameter was(36.31±2.47)mm,which was smaller than(41.26±1.20)mm in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of SAS and HAMD in the observation group were(48.81±4.55)and(5.19±1.01)scores,respectively,which were lower than(54.73±5.47)and(8.46±1.13)scores in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of"double heart disease",the combined application of Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction and Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets can reduce the myocardial injury and improve the cardiac function and mental state of patients.关键词
