Expression and Clinical Significance of T Lymphocyte Subsets,NK Cell,B Cell and IL-6 in Peripheral Blood in Patients with Different Stages of Chronic Kidney Disease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of T lymphocyte subsets,natural killer cell(NK cell),B cell and interleukin-6(IL-6)in peripheral blood in patients with different stages of chronic kidney disease(CKD).Method:A total of 80 patients with CKD stage 3-5 admitted to the Department of Nephrology,Yancheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the CKD group,and 21 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.Patients in the CKD group were divided into CKD stage 3 group,CKD stage 4 group and CKD stage 5 group according to the glomerular filtration rate level.T lymphocyte subsets(CD4+T cell,CD8+T cell),NK cell and B cell in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry,and IL-6 levels were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The expression of the above indexes in patients with different stages of CKD were compared,and Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the above indexes and the severity of CKD.Result:CD4+T cell,CD8+T cell,NK cell and B cell in CKD stage 3 group,CKD stage 4 group,CKD stage 5 group were significantly lower than those in control group,and CD4+T cell,CD8+T cell,NK cell and B cell gradually decreased with the severity of CKD,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 in CKD stage 3 group,CKD stage 4 group,CKD stage 5 group were significantly higher than that in control group,and the levels of IL-6 increased gradually with the severity of CKD,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).IL-6 level was negatively correlated with CKD stage,and CD4+T cell,CD8+T cell,NK cell and B cell were positively correlated with CKD stage(P<0.05).Conclusion:With the progression of CKD,the immune function of patients is significantly affected,and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets,NK cell,B cell and IL-6 have important clinical significance in evaluating the disease progression of patients with CKD.关键词
