Progress in cerebrospinal fluid single-cell sequencing in neurodegenerative diseases
随着脑脊液单细胞测序技术的发展,其在神经退行性疾病研究中的应用日益广泛.本文通过归纳近年相关文献,概述了脑脊液单细胞测序技术在神经退行性疾病方面的应用,包括利用该技术发现神经退行性疾病的特异性细胞及差异表达基因、结合细胞学标志物提高疾病诊断的准确性、通过识别关键信号通路及抗原靶点设计靶向治疗等.总而言之,多组学检测有助于从多维度理解细胞状态,脑脊液单细胞测序技术在神经退行性疾病研究中具有广阔的应用前景.
With the development of single-cell sequencing technology for cerebrospinal fluid(CSF),its application in the study of neurodegenerative diseases is increasingly widespread.This article summarizes relevant literature in recent years and outlines the application of CSF single-cell sequencing technology in neurodegenerative diseases,including using this technology to discover disease-specific cells and differentially expressed genes in neurodegenerative diseases,improving the accuracy of disease diagnosis by combining with cytological markers,and designing targeted therapies by identifying key signaling pathways and antigen targets.In summary,multi-omics detection helps understand cell states from a multi-dimensional perspective.CSF single-cell sequencing technology has a promising application in neurodegenerative disease research.
