Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Erchen Decoction and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and Recombinant Tissue Plasminogen Activator(rt-PA)thrombolysis in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Method:A total of 120 AIS patients from January 2022 to January 2024 who were admitted in the Second People's Hospital of Dongying were selected,they were divided into the study group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases)by random number table method.The control group was received conventional western medicine and rt-PA thrombolysis,while the study group was received Erchen Decoction and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,cognitive function,neurological function,coagulation,and inflammatory factors in both groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(98.33%)was higher than that in the control group(86.67%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the mini-mental state examination(MMSE)scores in both groups were increased compared to those before treatment(P<0.05),the national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores were decreased compared to those before treatment(P<0.05),in comparision of the control group,the MMSE scores in the study group were higher(P<0.05),and the NIHSS scores were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,D-dimer(D-D),interleukin-17(IL-17),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels in both groups were decreased compared to those before treatment(P<0.05);and in comparision of the control group,those in the study group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of AIS patients with Erchen Decoction and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and rt-PA thrombolysis can improve clinical efficacy,improve neurological and cognitive function,and alleviate inflammatory reactions.关键词
