微小RNAs在外周神经损伤修复中作用的研究进展
Research progress of the role of miRNAs in peripheral nerve repair
摘要
Abstract
microRNAs(miRNAs)are a class of non-coding RNAs about 22 nucleotides in length that play a vital role in neural development,regeneration and disease.After peripheral nerve injury,many miRNAs are differentially expressed,and these differentially expressed miRNAs participate in neural repair and regeneration by negatively regulating the expression of downstream target genes.In this review,the role of miRNAs in peripheral nerve regeneration will be summarized,and potential strategies will be provided for the treatment of peripheral nerve injury.关键词
