塞来昔布与普瑞巴林联合治疗类风湿关节炎的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Celecoxib Combined with Pregabalin in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Celecoxib combined with Pregabalin in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Method:A total of 102 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to Department of Rheumatology and Immunology,Ganzhou Municipal Hospital from February 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the subjects,and they were divided into combined treatment group and conventional treatment group by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The conventional treatment group was treated with conventional therapy,and the combined treatment group was treated with Celecoxib combined with Pregabalin.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,disease activity,mental state and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was 96.08%,which was higher than 80.39%of the conventional treatment group(χ2=4.628,P=0.031).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS scores of both groups were decreased,and that in the combined treatment group was lower(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in disease activity score 28(DSA28)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the DSA28 of both groups were decreased,and that in the combined treatment group was lower(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,SAS scores of both groups were decreased,and that in the combined treatment group was lower(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in C reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and rheumatoid factor(RF)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,CRP,TNF-α,ESR and RF of both groups were decreased,and those in the combined treatment group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,the combination of Celecoxib and Pregabalin on the basis of conventional therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve the condition of patients,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.关键词
