静脉留置针应用于哺乳期乳头溃疡中的疗效及对其复发率的影响
The Therapeutic Effect of Intravenous Indwelling Needle Application in Lactating Nipple Ulcers and Its Impact on Their Recurrence Rate

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of intravenous indwelling needle in the treatment of lactation nipple ulcer and its influence on its recurrence rate.Method:A total of 120 patients with lactating nipple ulcer admitted to Breast Department of Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from August 2021 to July 2022 were divided into irrigating needle group(n=40),24G indwelling needle group(n=40)and 26G indwelling needle group(n=40)according to different treatment methods.The irrigating needle group used sterile irrigating needle to pass through the breast hole,the 24G indwelling needle group used venous indwelling needle(24G×0.75IN)to pass through the breast hole,and the 26G indwelling needle group used venous indwelling needle(26G×0.75IN)to pass through the breast hole.All the three groups were treated with manual massage.The treatment efficiency,levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),C reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),WBC,NEU%,duration of symptoms and recurrence rate after 3 months between the two groups were compared.Result:After 3 days of treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the 24G indwelling needle group and the 26G indwelling needle group were higher than that in the rinsing needle group,and the effective rate of treatment in the 26G indwelling needle group was higher than that in the 24G indwelling needle group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serological indicators,blood cell count,duration of symptoms and recurrence rate after 3 months in the 24G indwelling needle group and 26G indwelling needle group were lower than those in the rinsing needle group,and the level of serological indicators,blood cell count,duration of symptoms and recurrence rate after 3 months in the 26G indwelling needle group were lower than those in the 24G indwelling needle group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of using intravenous indwelling needle to pass through the breast hole is better than that of bacterial irrigating needle,and 26G indwelling needle can effectively alleviate the inflammatory reaction of the body,improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the recurrence rate.关键词
