针刺联合艾灸治疗气滞血瘀型神经根型颈椎病的临床效果研究

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of acupuncture combined with moxa-wool moxibustion in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)with pattern of Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Method:A total of 100 patients with CSR with pattern of Qi stagnation and blood stasis diagnosed in Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Jingzhou Third People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into treatment group(n=50)and control group(n=50)according to random number table.The control group was treated with Jingtong Tablets,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with moxa-wool moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,symptom integrals,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and neck disability index(NDI)scores of the two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.00%,which was significantly better than 78.00%of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in VAS scores,symptom integrals and NDI scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined has obvious effects in the treatment of CSR with pattern of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,which can reduce pain,numbness,stiffness and other symptoms of patients,and alleviate cervical spine dysfunction.关键词
