Abstract
Objective:To explore the preventive effect of Pantoprazole on gastrointestinal injury caused by dual antiplatelet drugs in elderly patients after coronary stent implanting.Method:A total of 100 elderly patients after coronary stent implanting treated in Jingzhou Third People's Hospital from March 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with dual antiplatelet drugs and Pantoprazole,the control group was treated with dual antiplatelet drugs.The incidence of gastrointestinal injury,antiplatelet effect and the incidence of cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of gastrointestinal injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in platelet aggregation rate between the two groups before and after 3 and 6 months of medication(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of cardiovascular events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Pantoprazole can reduce the gastrointestinal injury caused by the use of dual antiplatelet drugs in elderly patients after coronary stent implanting,and has no significant effect on the antiplatelet effect and does not increase the incidence of cardiovascular events.关键词
