中国茶叶企业高质量发展的多案例研究
摘要
Abstract
The tea industry has been a characteristic industry of our country since ancient times,and the state also attaches great importance to its development.At the same time,the rising tide of tea drinking in recent years has also brought new opportunities for the development of the tea industry.But at present,there are categories,no brand,tea enterprises due to small economic and other reasons,it is difficult to undertake a large-scale potential market,the transformation and upgrading of tea enterprises is imminent.According to the principle of mutual exclusion,this paper selects three well-known tea enterprises in China,which represent the traditional export mode,traditional manufacturing mode and traditional management system respectively.This paper analyzes each case one by one according to the logic of"enterprise determination →problemraising → problemsolving",abstracts the multi-path model of high-quality development of tea enterprises based on the results of case analysis,and finally gives the conclusion and prospect.关键词
