Abstract
Rural areas are in the critical period of modernization transformation,and the main needs and interests of rural society show significant heterogeneous characteristics,which makes the previous single governance structure difficult to meet the diversified needs of the broad masses of farmers.At the same time,rural revitalization is promoted from the five aspects of economy,culture,politics,ecology and society,which requires the overall planning of funds,talents,technology,information and many other governance resources,which has certain complexity and systematic characteristics.It makes it difficult for the traditional governance structure to deal with effectively.In this context,in order to improve the effect of rural governance and clarify the specific governance objectives and ways to achieve,we try to start with the basic relationship between rural revitalization and rural governance.This paper analyzes the governance objectives to be achieved in the construction of villagers'autonomy model,the improvement of governance efficiency and the improvement of governance pattern,and puts forward a series of targeted governance strategies from the aspects of system construction,legalization and optimization of subject ability.The purpose of this paper is to provide necessary theoretical support and practical guidance for rural governance and better promote the implementation of rural revitalization.关键词
