摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Zoledronic Acid combined with percutaneous vertebro plasty(PVP)on serum procollagen type Ⅰ N-terminal propeptide(PⅠNP),β-collagen degradation product(β-CTX)and bone density in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Method:A total of 86 patients with OVCF treated in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of TCM from June 2021 to June 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 Tablets(Ⅰ)and Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules, the control group was treated with PVP,and the observation group was treated with PVP combined with Zoledronic Acid.PⅠNP,β-CTX,bone density, lumbodynia degree, functional status, adverse reactions and refracture were compared between the two groups.Result:After surgery,PⅠNP,β-CTX and the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)in both groups were lower than those before surgery, bone density were higher than those before surgery, and PⅠNP,β-CTX and the scores of VAS and ODI in observation group were lower than those in control group, bone density was higher than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of refracture in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zoledronic Acid combined with PVP in the treatment of patients with OVCF can reduce serum PⅠNP and β-CTX levels, improve bone density, lumbodynia degree and functional status, and reduce the incidence of refracture.关键词
