新时代乡村法治建设的主要问题与路径选择

Abstract
The comprehensive rule of law and rural revitalization is a national strategy,rural revitalization is bound to run on the track of the construction of the rule of law,and the construction of comprehensive rule of law depends on the progress of the practice of rural rule of law.At present,there are many problems in the construction of the rule of law in rural areas,which are mainly influenced and restricted by the villagers'low awareness of the rule of law,imperfect laws and regulations related to agriculture,the level of law enforcement to be improved,the insufficient supply of public legal services,and so on.Starting from the actual needs of rural villagers,combined with the new forms of social development in the new era to actively find a way to promote the construction of rural rule of law.关键词
