网络延伸护理干预模式在生物制剂治疗类风湿关节炎患者中的应用及对自我管理能力的影响
Application of Network Extended Nursing Intervention Model in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis with Biological Agent Therapy and Its Influence on Self-management Ability

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application of network extended nursing intervention model in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)with biological agent therapy and its influence on self-management ability.Method:In this study,104 patients with RA who received biological agent therapy in Ganzhou Municipal Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into study group and control group according to different nursing methods,with 52 cases in each group.The control group received routine continuous nursing,and the study group received network extended nursing intervention model.All intervened until 3 months after discharge.Joint pain score,self-management ability,quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the joint pain scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of cognitive symptom management and practice,communication with doctors,exercise scores and each dimension except material life in GQOL-74 in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group(96.15%)was higher than that of the control group(84.62%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the network extended nursing intervention model in patients with RA with biological agent therapy can effectively improve patients'self-management ability,promote the improvement of patients'disease symptoms,improve their quality of life,and improve patients'satisfaction.关键词
