Effect of Instant Coloclysis Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Spinal Pinching Intervention on Bilirubin Levels and Defecation Related Indexes in Neonates

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of instant coloclysis combined with traditional Chinese medicine spinal pinching intervention on bilirubin levels and defecation related indexes in neonates.Method:A total of 60 neonates born in Nanchang People's Hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the neonates were divided into control group(n=30,received routine nursing intervention)and observation group(n=30,received instant coloclysis combined with traditional Chinese medicine spinal pinching intervention on the basis of routine nursing)by random number table method.Bilirubin levels and defecation related indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:On day 1,there was no significant difference in bilirubin level between the two groups(P>0.05).On days 2,3 and 4,the bilirubin levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first defecation time and meconium excretion time in the observation group were(1.03±0.11)and(40.92±6.37)h,respectively,which were significantly shorter than(5.20±1.21)and(53.24±5.86)h in the control group,and the times of defecation was(4.75±0.91)times/d,which was significantly higher than(3.25±0.84)times/d of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Instant coloclysis combined with traditional Chinese medicine spinal pinching has a significant intervention effect on neonates,which can effectively control the bilirubin level of newborns and improve the intestinal function of newborns.关键词
