基于属性层次模型的刺五加注射液临床使用合理性评价
Rationality Evaluation on Clinical Application of Acanthopanax Senticosus Injection Based on Attribute Hierarchy Model

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish the criteria for drug utilization evaluation of acanthopanax senticosus injection and comprehensively evaluate the clinical application rationality of acanthopanax senticosus injection.METHODS:Based on drug instructions of acanthopanax senticosus injection,the criteria for drug utilization evaluation of acanthopanax senticosus injection were established with reference to relevant guidelines and literature.The attribute hierarchy model of 12 rationality index evaluation system was constructed to evaluate and analyze 546 discharged patients with acanthopanax senticosus injection in Xuancheng Central Hospital from Jan.to Jun.2022.RESULTS:The irrational problems of acanthopanax senticosus injection mainly included inappropriate indications,contraindications,improper usage and dosage,and inappropriate drug combination.There were 9 cases(1.65%)with medical record score(MRS)≥90 points,435 cases(79.67%)with 80 points≤MRS<90 points,and 102 cases(18.68%)with MRS<80 points.CONCLUSIONS:The clinical application of acanthopanax senticosus injection in the hospital is prominent,and the management needs to be strengthened.The attribute hierarchy model is scientific,rational,simple and fast,and provides a new way to comprehensively evaluate the application rationality.关键词
