常见近视防控方法对干眼症的影响及相关因素的调查研究
Assessment of the impact of common myopia control methods on dry eye syndrome:A survey-based study

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of common myopia prevention and control methods on dry eye symp-toms of children,and to provide reference for selecting suitable prevention and control methods for myopia chil-dren.Methods A cross-sectional study design was used to collect data on myopic children admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to December 2023.Dry eye symptoms were assessed using DEQ and OSDI questionnaires and differences in dry eye symptoms were compared among different factors(gender,age,type of glasses,use of low-concentration atropine eye drops).Results There was no significant difference in the effects of gender and low concentration atropine eye drops on dry eye symptoms.Significant difference was found in the effect of age on dry eye symptoms,and as age increases,the dry eye symptom score shows an upward trend.There is a significant difference between the 9～12,12～18,and the group under 9 years old.There are significant differences in dry eye symptoms among different types of glasses.The dry eye symptom score is as follows:group without glasses＜defocus soft glasses group＜frame glasses group＜orthokeratology group.There were sig-nificant differences between orthokeratology group and other groups,but no significant differences between other groups.Conclusions Age and type of glasses have significant influence on dry eye symptoms of myopic children.It is neces-sary to consider the influence of age and type of glasses on dry eye symptoms when choose appropriate prevention and control methods.关键词
