Effect of 0.05D spherical interval defocus lenses combined with defocus incorporated multiple segments on delaying myopia progression in children and adolescents
目的 比较0.05D间隔离焦镜片、0.25D间隔离焦镜片及0.25D间隔单光镜片在近视防控中的效果差异.方法 回顾性研究.选取2023年1月至2023年8月诊断为近视并验配框架眼镜的7~13岁儿童,根据患者佩戴眼镜不同分为0.05D离焦组、0.25D离焦组及0.25D单光组,比较3组儿童戴镜6个月后等效球镜度数及眼轴变化.结果 共有85例患儿纳入本研究.其中,0.05D离焦组28例、0.25D离焦组26例、0.25D单光组31例.戴镜6个月后0.…查看全部>>
