改良Knapp术在双上转肌麻痹中的应用
Treatment of double elevator palsy with improved Knapp operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of improved Knapp in the treatment of patients with double elevator palsy.Methods Five cases(5 eyes)of double elevator palsy treated in our hospital from 2017 to 2023 were collected and analyzed.After conservative treatment failed,improved Knapp operation was used to observe the eye position,pseudopto-sis,diplopia,compensatory head position and eye muscle movement of paralyzed eyes before and after operation.Results After improved Knapp,5 patients with double elevator palsy had a positive eye position(＜±10°),no complications occurred,pseudoptosis disappeared,2 patients with diplopia disappeared,and the compensatory head position basically disappeared.After operation,the upward rotation function of eyeball was improved,and the upward rotation could cross the midline.After an average follow-up of 6～12 months,the eye position remained stable.Conclusions The improved knapp operation has a good correction effect on refractory double elevator palsy.关键词
