显微镜下Parks切口微创斜视矫正术在斜视中的应用

Abstract
Objective Analyze the therapeutic effect and postoperative quality of life of minimally invasive Parks incision strabismus correction surgery under a microscope.Methods Retrospective selection of 200 cases of strabismus patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 as research subjects,divided into control and observa-tion groups according to different surgical methods.The control group patients were treated with microsurgical strabismus correction surgery,while the observation group patients were treated with microsurgical Parks incision minimally invasive strabismus correction surgery.Compare the effects of two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the cure rate of eye position correction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(94.27％vs 75.78％;P＜0.05).The visual recovery of the observation group patients was significantly better than that of the control group patients(P＜0.05).Moreover,the quality of life scale(CAS-20)scores of adult strabismus patients in the postoperative observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Under the microscope,Parks incision minimally invasive strabismus correction surgery has a good therapeutic effect on patients with strabismus,significant results,and significant improvement in postoperative quality of life.It is worth promoting and using in clinical practice.关键词
