目的 比较Spot双目筛查仪与睫状肌麻痹状态下电脑验光在3~6岁儿童检查的相关性,计算屈光不正的筛查界值.方法 横断面研究.对1190例儿童进行非睫状肌麻痹下Spot双目筛查仪及睫状肌麻痹状态下自动电脑验光仪屈光检查.依据AAPOS2021年发布的筛查标准,利用ROC曲线计算Spot屈光不正筛查界值.结果 Spot双目筛查仪与自动电脑验光仪测量球镜、柱镜及等效球镜的度数结果呈高度正相关.通过ROC曲线得出3~岁组散光和远视的筛查界值为-3.25D和+3.00D,4~6岁组散光、远视和近视的筛查界值分别为:-1.75D、+1.00D和-2.00D.结论 Spot双目筛查仪和自动电脑验光仪的检测结果有很好的相关性和一致性,可应用于屈光性弱视危险因素的筛查.

Objective To compare the correlation between Spot binocular screening instrument and computer optom-etry in 3~6 years old children with cycloplegia,and to calculate the screening threshold of ametropia.Methods Cross-sec-tional study.Spot binocular screening and automatic computer optometry were performed on 1190 children in non-cycloplegic state.According to the screening criteria published by A APOS in 2021,the Spot ametropia screening threshold was calculated using ROC curve.Results There was a high positive correlation between Spot binocular screening instrument and automatic computer optometry instrument to measure the degree of spherical mirror,cylindrical mirror and equivalent spherical mirror.The ROC curve showed that the screening thresholds for astigmatism and farsightedness were-3.25D and+3.00D in the 3-year age group,and the screening thresholds for astigmatism,farsightedness and myopia in the 4~6 year age group were-1.75D,+1.00D and-2.00D,respectively.Conclusion There is good correlation and consistency between Spot binocular screening instrument and automatic computer optometry instrument,which can be used in the screening of risk factors of refractive amblyopia.
