康养旅游服务机构的评价指标体系研究
Research on Evaluation Indicator System of Recreation Tourism Service Organizations
摘要
Abstract
The recreation tourism is a rising economy combining the health care industry with the tourism industry,and it has developed rapidly in recent years.However,due to the lack of evaluation for the health care tourism organizations in China,the quality of related services and products is uneven,which is not conducive to developing the healthcare tourism industry in China.This study integrated literature analysis,the Delphi method,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and other research methods,discussing the index system,weight set,and evaluation method.This study constructed tourist service access standards and an evaluation index system based on the structure-process-result quality evaluation model to promote rehabilitation health travel services in the stand-ardized development way.It also put forward policy suggestions on the coordination mechanism among multi-sec-toral management,formulation of health tourism-related policies,promoting the tourism industry integration and strengthening international health tourism talents team construction and so on.关键词
