摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation analysis of retinal nerve fiber layer thickness in patients with refractive amblyopia and myopia high 1OP.Methods From January 2021 to June 2022,50 patients with refractive amblyo-pia were divided into refractive amblyopia group,75 patients with myopia were divided into myopia high eye pressure group,and 30 patients with refractive amblyopia combined with myopia high eye pressure were divided into refractive am-blyopia combined with myopia high eye pressure group.The thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL)was measured by Stratus OCT3000 imager.Results Compared with refractive amblyopia group and myopic high IOP group,the RNFL thickness in refractive amblyopia group combined with myopic high IOP group was lower(P＜0.05).Conclusion The thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer in patients with refractive amblyopia and myopia high IOP is thinner,which is related to IOP and retinal thickness in macular outer ring region.The level of detection indicators can improve the early diagnosis of disease.关键词
