散光对儿童近视的发生和进展的影响
The influence of astigmatism on the occurrence and progression of myopia in children
摘要
Abstract
Astigmatism is a common refractive error related to the uneven curvature of the cornea.It often coexists with nearsightedness or farsightedness.The prevalence of astigmatism is high in children and adolescents.Whether astigma-tism is the promoting factor for the occurrence and development of myopia and the relationship between the two has always been the focus of the research on the prevention and control of myopia in children.Its clarification will help us gain a deeper understanding of the development of refractive system and the development of myopia in children,so as to achieve more effective prevention and intervention of myopia in children.By summarizing the incidence of astigmatism and myopia,relat-ed causes,pathophysiological mechanisms and other aspects of in-depth analysis of the domestic and foreign research pro-gress on the possible mechanisms related to children's astigmatism and myopia,in order to provide a scientific basis for tar-geted myopia prevention and intervention measures for children with astigmatism.关键词
