摘要
Abstract
Myopia is the most common eye disease in children and adolescents,and it has become an important problem affecting the visual health of children and adolescents.The prevalence of myopia is increasing year by year and becoming younger,which is a public health and social problem of global concern.Recent studies have shown that Axial length/Corneal radius of curvature ratio(AL/CR)is more valuable than axial length(AL)in screening and diagnosing myopia.And it is a new objective measure that can be used to evaluate myopia in children and adolescents.This article reviews the occurrence and development relationship between AL/CR and myopia and its application of AL in diagnosis,so as to provide guidance and reference for early myopia risk judgment and clinical prevention and control in children and adolescents.关键词
