木质素基非异氰酸酯聚氨酯的研究进展
Research Progress of Lignin-based Non-isocyanate Polyurethanes
摘要
Abstract
Polyurethane(PU)is one of the most widely used polymer materials,in which area the synthesizing technology of non-isocyanate polyurethane(NIPU)from biomass resources is receiving increasing attention.Lignin is a natural and renewable aromatic polymer with abun-dant reserves in nature.Functionalized lignin can be a substitute for the unsustainable petroleum-based raw material in developing high value-added NIPU products.This paper reviewed methods and strategies for synthesizing NIPU using lignin as a raw material,summarized the re-search progress regarding synthesizing lignin-based NIPU using lignin and its functionalized derivatives,as well as prospected the potential applications of lignin-based NIPU in foam materials,wood adhesives,elastomers,coatings and other related fields.关键词
