Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of internal fixation of percutaneous pedicle screws with modified robot tracker technique in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures in grassroots hospital. Methods The clinical data of 105 cases with thoracolumbar fracture performed internal fixation of percutaneous pedicle screw from May 2018 to May 2023 was analyzed retrospectively, including 54 cases of modified robot-assisted nail placement(as modified robot-assisted group)and 51 cases of traditional open hand nail placement(traditional open-hand group). The accuracy of nail placement was evaluate by Gertzbein-Robbins classification standard.Peri-operative indexes(such as operation time,intra-operative blood loss, fluoroscopy frequency, length of surgical incision, hospital stays and postoperative complications),VAS score of pain and vertebral height recovery and Cobb angle was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the traditional open-hand group, the surgical incision was smaller,intra-operative fluoroscopy times was fewer,intra-operative blood loss was less, postoperative hospital stays was shorter, postoperative VAS scores of 1-and 3 d and complication rate was lower in the modified robot-assisted group, and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of accuracy and precision of nail placement, operation time, vertebral height recovery and Cobb angle of the fracture segment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The internal fixation of percutaneous pedicle screw with modified robot tracker technique is safe and effective for thoracolumbar fractures with accurate nail placement,mini-trauma,less pain, fast recovery, and is worthy of generalization in grassroots hospital.关键词
