双平面超声在经会阴前列腺穿刺活检中的应用及效果分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of transperineal prostate biopsy guided by biplane ultrasound or uniplane ultrasound.Methods A retrospective case control study was used.There were 107 patients who underwent transperineal prostate biopsy under the guidance of Doppler ultrasound in our hospi-tal from January 2022 to December 2023,who were selected and divided into a biplane color Doppler ultrasound group and an ordinary uniplane color Doppler ultrasound group.The detection rate of prostate cancer and the in-cidence of related complications between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The detection rate of prostate cancer in the biplane group and the uniplane group was 30.2％(16/53)and 27.8％(15/54)and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05);The postoperative complication rate of the biplane group and the uniplane group was 15.1％(8/53)and 16.7％(9/54),and there was no signifi-cant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion It is safe and effective of the transperineal prostate biopsy both guided by biplane ultrasound and uniplane ultrasound,and their detection rates of prostate cancer are similar.关键词
