摘要

Abstract

Because of the airtightness of the gas insulated switchgear(GIS)structure and the relatively fixed design of the internal structure,it leads to the fact that it is not easy to find out when a fault occurs inside the GIS.Based on this,electric field-magnetic field coupling calculates the magnetic field strength of GIS.At the same time,the simulation calculation is based on the structure field.It establishes the three-dimensional simulation model of dynamic and static contact to verifies the accuracy of the simulation structure.Combined with the theoretical model of contact resistance and contact pressure,it analyzes the influence of insertion depth on contact pressure and contact resistance.The results show that the magnetic field strength inside the tube is significantly smaller than that in the outer diameter of the main conductor.When the insertion depth of the movable and static contacts is smaller,it makes the contact pressure smaller,resulting in a higher contact resistance.This phenomenon can lead to accelerated damage to the movable and static contacts,and eventually to a state of gradual failure.Therefore,electrical contact failure within the GIS can be detected by the insertion depth of the switch contacts.
