Abstract
In order to alleviate the problem of low load working condition main steam and reheat steam temperatures low in a 300 MW quadrangle tangential boiler,it carries out experimental research on the effect of recycled flue gas on steam temperature.The results show that the recycled flue gas is mainly affected by boiler combustion stability,heating surface wall temperature,margin of desuperheating water regulation,and exhaust gas temperature.After the flue gas recirculation system putting into operation under low load conditions,the main steam temperature and reheat steam temperature can be increased,and the inlet flue gas temperature of the denitrification system increases.Not only does it help to reduce the heat consumption rate and net coal consumption rate,improve the economic efficiency of low load operation of the unit,but it also helps to avoid the corrosion problem of the last stage blades of the steam turbine,and reduce equipment maintenance costs.关键词
