Abstract
The temperature of steam turbine thrust pad is an important parameter to characterize the running state of thrust bearing.If it has anomalies it will damage the steam turbine rotor and other important components.The abnormal temperature of thrust pad can be attributed to the direct causes such as axial thrust and local friction increase.It is necessary to analyze the root cause of the abnormal phenomenon and conduct targeted treatment to avoid personal injury and equipment damage.The thrust pad temperature of N30-8.83 steam turbine in a biomass power plant is high for a long time in operation.The main reasons for this problem are the different thickness of the tile and the large spherical compression force.By means of targeted treatment,the major hidden dangers having long troubled the stable operation of the steam turbine in this power plant are solved,and the safe and stable operation of the unit is guaranteed.The treatment of thrust pad temperature anomalies of similar units has reference significance.关键词
