胆宁片在ERCP碎石术后留置胆管支架患者中的应用效果观察
Application of Danning tablets in patients with indwelling biliary stent after ERCP lithotripsy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application effect of Danning tablets in patients with indwelling biliary stent after ERCP lithotripsy.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in the clinical data of 247 patients with indwelling biliary stent after ERCP lithotripsy,in Shanghai East Hospital from Sep.2022 to Aug.2023.According to whether took Danning tablets after operation,247 patients were divided into observational group(n=135)and the control group(n=112).Patients in the observational group took Danning tablets and the control group did not take.The stent patency rate,intestinal bile reflux rate,residual stone rate,total bilirubin(TBIL),conjugated bilirubin(DBIL),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),γ-glutamyl transferase(GGT)and so on were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observational group had a higher bile duct stent patency rate[89.63%(121/135)vs 57.14%(64/112),χ2=34.36,P<0.001],lower intestinal bile reflux rate[8.89%(12/135)vs 33.21%(26/112),χ2=23.77,P<0.001]and lower residual stone rate[13.33%(18/135)vs 23.21%(26/112),χ2=8.133,P=0.004].TBIL,DBIL,ALP,and GGT levels were reduced in both groups,but only the difference in GGT levels was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Our study shows that taking Danning tablets after ERCP can prolong the patency of bile duct stents,reduce the occurrence of intestinal reflux and residual stones,and promote the recovery of bile duct enzymes.关键词
