Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic spleen-preserving distal pancreatectomy with Kimura and Warshaw technique in perioperative period.Methods The clinical data of 133 patients who underwent laparoscopic spleen-preserving distal pancreatectomy in Xijing Hospital from Aug.2017 to Aug.2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different surgical techniques,they were divided into Kimura group(77 cases)and Warshaw group(56 cases).Perioperative indicators such as operation duration,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications including pancreatic leakage and splenic infarction were compared between the two groups.Results Kimura and Warshaw group patients in the two groups of surgery time[(215.8±64.8)min vs(193.5±77.6)min],intraoperative blood loss[(194.2±53.7)mL vs(176.5±69.2)mL],postoperative exhaust time and fasting time after operation[2(1)d vs 3(1)d],postoperative hospital stay[9(4)d vs 8(3)d]and other perioperative indicators and postoperative complications such as pancreatic leakage(3 cases vs 4 cases),splenic infarction(0 case vs 3 cases),ascites(3 cases vs 2 cases),abdominal infection(2 cases vs 1 case)had no statistical significance differences(P>0.05).Conclusion Both Kimura and Warshaw technique in laparoscopic spleen-preserving distal pancreatectomy are effective and safety for benign and low-grade malignant tumors located in the body and tail of the pancreas,and have equally effectiveness and safety during the perioperative period.关键词
