Chemical constituents from Chloranthus henryi and their antitumor activities in vitro
为探寻宽叶金粟兰(Chloranthus henryi)的化学成分及抗肿瘤活性,该研究采用硅胶柱层析、反相柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20 凝胶和半制备高效液相等色谱技术对宽叶金粟兰 95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,根据理化性质与波谱数据并结合参考文献鉴定所得化合物的结构,并采用MTT法评价化合物细胞毒活性.结果表明:(1)从该植物的 95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位分离并鉴定了 12 个化合物,分别为pipercyclobutan…查看全部>>
