Optimal Scheduling of Hydrogen Production-storage System from Wind Power Considering State Transition of Alkaline Electrolyzer

Abstract
For the optimal scheduling of Hydrogen production-storage system from wind power,an optimal day-ahead scheduling model based on the state transition of alkaline electrolyzer is proposed.The model takes the maxi-mum daily revenue of the system as target.And in combination with TOU tariff,the cold and hot start-up cost and power fluctuation cost in the state conversion process of electrolyzer are introduced so to meet dynamic operation con-straints of various equipment and power balance constraints of system and the Gurobi solver is used for optimization and solution.The actual wind power output data and Hydrogen load data are used to analyze the optimization results under three typical daily scenarios.The calculation example shows that the established optimization scheduling mod-el can meet the demand for electricity and Hydrogen load,reasonably adjust the three states of the electrolyzer,sig-nificantly reduce the power fluctuation amplitude of electrolyzer electrolyzer and the total cost of the system as well as verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.关键词
