目前电力行业中SF6/N2混合气体代替纯SF6逐步得到推广,开展SF6/N2混合气体放电分解产物检测对电气设备运行状态评估具有重要意义.为探究SF6/N2混合气体电弧放电分解产物规律,开展了电弧放电实验,提出铜管引气技术并结合气相色谱仪解决了痕量组分难以快速有效检测的技术难题,实现了对SF6/N2混合气体电弧放电后分解产物的定性和定量检测,并利用密度泛函理论对主要分解路径的反应热进行计算,分析分解产物的形成原因和体积分数的变化规律.结果表明,SF6/N2混合气体在电弧放电下分解组分主要有CF4、CH4、CO2、C2F6、SO2F2、SOF2、SO2、NF3和N2O,其中组分SOF2、SO2的生成量最高,NF3和N2O次之,CF4和C2F6生成量最低.并且混合气体中N2比重越大,电弧放电后NF3和N2O两种组分生成量越高,其余组分的生成量越低.NF3和N2O两种组分性质稳定且无毒,可以作为SF6/N2混合气体分解产物的特征组分.

At present,the replacement of pure SF6 with SF6/N2 gas mixture in power industry has been promoted,and the development of detection of discharge decomposition products of SF6/N2 gas mixture is of great significance to the assessment of the operation status of electrical equipment.For exploring the law of the discharge decomposi-tion products of SF6/N2 gas mixture,the arcing discharge experiment is performed,and the technical problem of dif-ficult rapid and effective detection of trace components is solved by copper tube bleed air technology in combination with gas chromatograph,and the qualitative and quantitative detection of SF6/N2 gas mixture is achieved.The reac-tion heat of the main decomposition path is calculated by using the density functional theory to analyze the forma-tion reasons and volume fraction changes of the decomposition products.The results show that the decomposed com-ponents of SF6/N2 gas mixture under arcing discharge mainly include CF4,CH4,CO2,C2F6,SO2F2,SOF2,SO2,NF3 and N2O,among which,the amount of generation of SOF2,SO2 is the highest,followed by NF3 and N2O,and that of CF4 and C2F6 is the lowest.And the greater the proportion of N2 in the mixed gas,the higher the production of NF3 and N2O after arcing discharge,and the lower the production of the remaining components.The two compo-nents of NF3 and N2O are stable and non-toxic,and can be used as the characteristic components of the decomposi-tion products of SF6/N2 mixed gas.
