高压断路器电磁铁行程缺陷是造成断路器不能分闸的主要原因之一,断路器在带电运行时无法通过塞尺直测获取电磁铁行程大小.针对此问题,提出了一种断路器电磁铁行程的非接触式测量方法,通过测量系统获取电磁铁图片,利用K-Means算法结合CLSD直线检测算法计算出电磁铁配合间隙的像素尺寸.断路器带电运行时断路器机构箱内部无法利用参照标定的方式进行电磁铁行程计算,结合激光传感器精准定位的原理,在实验室条件下利用游标卡尺进行标定得到固定距离下的像素当量,从而计算出电磁铁实际行程.将现场实验测量结果与塞尺直测结果进行对比,验证了该方法的有效性.

The stroke defect of the electromagnet of high voltage circuit breaker is one of the main reasons which causes the circuit breaker not open.The stroke magnitude of the electromagnet cannot be directly measured by the feeler gauge in case of'on'operation of circuit breaker.For this issue,a kind of non-contact measurement method of electromagnet stroke for circuit breaker is proposed.The picture of the electromagnet is obtained by the measurement system and the pixel size of the electromagnet matching gap is calculated by the use of K-Means algorithm in combi-nation with the CLSD linear detection algorithm.In case of'on'operation of circuit breaker,the calculation of the electromagnet stroke can not be performed by the reference calibration method inside the operating mechanism box of the circuit breaker.The calibration is performed by the vernier caliper in the experimental condition in combina-tion with accurate positioning principle of laser sensor to obtain the pixel equivalent at a fixed distance,thereby calcu-lating actual stoke of the electromagnet.The effectiveness of the method is verified by comparing the experimental measurement result at site and that of filler gauge.
