催产素与卡孕栓联合使用对顺产后产后出血的临床观察
Clinical Observation of the Combination of Oxytocin and Suppository for Pregnancy in Treating Postpartum Hemorrhage after Natural Delivery

Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of combined use of oxytocin and pregnancy-suppos-itory on postpartum hemorrhage after natural delivery.Methods A total of 120 cases of postpartum postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into control group 1,control group 2 and experimental group.Control group 1 only received oxytocin treatment,control group 2 only received pregnancy suppository treatment,and the experimental group received combined treat-ment with oxytocin and pregnancy suppository.The amount of blood loss,hemostatic time,hemostatic effect,coagulation factor level before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results Post-partum blood loss and hemostatic time were significantly different among the three groups(P<0.05).Postpartum blood loss and hemostatic time were significantly reduced in the experimental group compared with control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).The total effective rate of hemostatic effect was significantly different among the three groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of hemostasis in the experimental group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than that in control group 1(65.00%)and control group 2(62.50%)(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of coagulation factor Ⅶ,FIB,PTT,PT and PLT in the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of coagulation factor Ⅶ,FIB,PTT,PT and PLT in the three groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the levels of coagulation factor Ⅶ,FIB,PTT,PT and PLT in the ex-perimental group were more significantly improved than those in control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during medication in experimental group,control group 1 and control group 2 was 10.00%,20.00%and 17.50%,respectively,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of oxytocin and pregnancy supposi-tory plays a synergistic role in the treatment of postpartum postpartum hemorrhage,with significant complementary effect,im-proving maternal coagulation function and shortening hemostasis time,good safety,worthy of promotion.关键词
