Abstract
Objective To understand the effect of glycine theophylline sodium sustained-release tablets in the treatment of bronchial asthma and its influence on oxidative stress indicators.Methods 100 patients with asthma were selected as study samples.The patients were divided into two groups by systematic allocation method(50 cases in the observation group and 50 cases in the control group).The observation group was treated with routine treatment plus glycine theophylline sodium sustained-release tablets,while the control group was treated with routine treatment.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(82.00%)(P<0.05).The time of clinical symptom disappearance in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the indexes of lung function in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the inflammatory factors in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the ox-idative stress index in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of glycine theophylline sodium sustained-release tablets in the treatment of bronchial asthma is significant,reducing inflammatory factors,improving lung function and optimizing oxidative stress indicators.关键词
