河道治理工程设计洪水计算分析,是为河道治理工程提供科学依据的十分重要技术设计内容.为此,结合潦河冯庄段河道治理工程设计洪水计算要点分析实践案例展开研究.结果表明,在水文观测资料存在严重不足的条件下,为推球工程下游断面洪水成果,在收集整理流域内现有水文成果资料基础上,对设计断面上游调蓄作用较大的三座中型水库和一座小(1)水库工程,进行洪水组合计算,暴雨致洪;从暴雨的地区分布规律根据各分区洪水过程线,通过试算得出各分区洪水的成果,从而分析出下游防洪设计断面的设计洪水成果;通过对比分析验证,此设计方法切实可行,可为类似工程提供借鉴参考.

The design calculation and analysis of flood in river treatment engineering is a very important technical design content to provide scientific basis for river treatment engineering.Therefore,the practice case is analyzed based on the analysis of key points of flood calculation design of river control engineering in Fengzhuang section of Liaohe River.The results show that under the condition of insufficient hydrological observation data,in order to calculate the flood results of the downstream section of the project,on the basis of collecting and sorting out the existing hydrological results in the basin,three medium-sized reservoirs and a small(1)reservoir project with large regulation and storage function at the upstream of the design section are subject to flood combination calculation.According to the regional distribution law of rainstorm and the flood hydrograph of each division,the flood results of each division are obtained through trial calculation,so as to analyze the design flood results of the downstream flood control design section.Through comparative analysis and verification,this design method is feasible and can provide reference for similar projects.
