基于肠道菌群探讨从瘀论治IgA肾病
Treatment of IgA Nephropathy from Perspective of Stasis Based on Gut Microbiota
摘要
Abstract
IgA nephropathy(IgAN)is the most common primary glomerulonephritis disease in China,which is one of the main causes of end-stage renal disease.Blood stasis is the key pathogenesis of the disease progression.Therefore,activating blood circulation and re-solving stasis should be carried out throughout the treatment process.Blood stasis syndrome covers a variety of modern hemodynamic changes.Imbalance of gut microbiota can lead to blood circulation disorders,platelet aggregation,prethrombotic state by affecting hemo-dynamics,inflammatory response and other ways,thus inducing the occurrence and development of IgAN.The application of traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation and resolving stasis can improve the disorder of gut microbiota and delay the progres-sion of IgAN to end-stage renal disease.关键词
