基于肠道菌群及其代谢物探析骨松益骨方抗绝经后骨质疏松症
Gusong Yigu Formula for Treating Postmenopausal Osteoporosis Based on Gut Microbiota and Metabolites

Abstract
The lack of estrogen caused by postmenopausal ovarian function failure is the inducing factor of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP),which can also induce disorder of gut microbiota to influence the disease.In details,the disorder of gut microbiota can easily cause damage to the barrier function of intestinal epithelial cells,so that harmful metabolites can smoothly pass through into the blood and lead to the body's T-cell immune response to produce many pro-osteoclast generation factors,thereby promoting the activation of osteoclasts and bone absorption to cause osteoporosis finally.Traditional Chinese medicine compound has the characteristics of multi-component,multi-target,multi-level,with rapid effect.It has outstanding advantages in regulating gut microbiota and plays an impor-tant role in maintaining the balance of beneficial and harmful bacteria in the intestine.Gusong Yigu Formula is composed of Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Yinyanghuo(Epimedii Folium),Duzhong(Eucommiae Cortex),Huangqi(Astragali Radix)and so on,in which Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Dangshen(Codonopsis Radix)and Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)can promote the growth of intestinal probiotics and inhibit the proliferation of harmful bacteria,thus regulating the composition of gut microbiota.关键词
