固本培元法治疗强直性脊柱炎
Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis with Method of Consolidating Root and Strengthening Primordial Qi
摘要
Abstract
Ankylosing spondylitis(AS)is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinic,which is difficult to heal with complex pathogenesis.Xin'an Medicine School has its unique insights on etiology and treatment of AS.It is supposed the Spleen and Kidney defi-ciency is the pathogenesis of the disease.From this prospect,the treatment emphasizes the Spleen and Kidney,and it is advocated to in-vigorate Spleen and nourish Kidney as well as strengthening primordial Qi to recover the Spleen and Kidney function,regulate transpor-tation of Qi,blood and Fluid,and to dispel Phlegm and blood stasis,thus the disease being cured.As one of the most representative aca-demic theories of Xin'an Medicine School,consolidating root and strengthening primordial Qi is not only a treatment principle,but also a philosophical thought.Therefore,in the clinical treatment of AS,the theory not only guides the treatment methods of invigorating Spleen and nourishing Kidney,but also brings out the most essential points to understand the basic pathogenesis of AS.关键词
