芪地固肾方治疗特发性膜性肾病的组方机制
Prescription Mechanism of Qidi Gushen Formula in Treatment of Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
Qidi Gushen Formula is a self-made prescription developed by Professor Lei Genping,a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Shaanxi Province,aiming at the key causes of deficiency,Damp,Heat and blood stasis of idiopathic membranous nephropathy,and the fundamental pathogenesis of Spleen and Kidney deficiency,as well as Damp-Heat congestion with blood stasis obstruction.This prescription is composed of Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix),Qianshi(Euryales Semen),Baihuasheshe-cao(Oldenlandia Polysaccharid),Jingjie(Schizonepetae Herba)and Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),which play the role of invigorating,supplementing,securing or astringing,clearing,dispersing and dredging together.In general,their functions are mainly to tonify Spleen and Kidney,supplemented by clearing damp-heat,promoting blood circulation,and removing blood stasis.关键词
