Wang Chengxiang's Experience in Treating Allergic Rhinitis
摘要
Abstract
Allergic rhinitis mainly induced by the Wind initially.The location of disease is in Lung,while fundamentally in Liver,Spleen and Kidney.The main pathogenesis is the deficiency of healthy Qi and external Wind intrusion inducing internal Wind,with both exter-nal infection and internal injury being the pathogenic factors.In clinical practice,it is supposed to follow the principle of relieving tree-top in acute cases while treating root aspect in moderate cases.The treatment method in the acute stage is mainly to anti-allergic as a basis,combining with the syndrome differentiation and adopting drugs with specifically efficacy to cure the main symptoms.While the treatment method in remission period is focused on strenthening healthy Qi and consolidating root from the perspective of the Liver,Spleen and Kidney,to strengthen the body's ability to resist pathogens and improve the response threshold to allergen stimulation.In ad-dition,attention should be paid to the role of internal Wind in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis,which is often induced by the external Wind at the onset of the disease,so internal and external Wind should be treated simultaneously.Moreover,the internal Wind can be la-tent and lingering in the remission period although there is no obvious manifestation,so it is necessary to invigorate Spleen and nourish Kidney to extinguish and disperse the Wind.关键词
