王宏坤治疗腰椎间盘突出症经验药对
Wang Hongkun's Experience in Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation with Empirical Paired Drugs
摘要
Abstract
The etiology and pathogenesis of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)can be summarized as Liver and Kidney deficiency,external pathogenic factor intrusion,as well as blood stasis obstruction and stagnation.The disease can be treated with TCM methods mainly in-cluding enriching and tonifying the Liver and Kidney,strengthening sinews and invigorating bones,activating blood and resolving stasis,unblocking meridians regulating Qi to stop pain as well as fortifying the Spleen to drying Dampness.Based on the etiology and pathogen-esis,Professor Wang Hongkun simultaneously treats the tip and root of the disease,considering the internal and external cause,and uses the following paired drugs:Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix)-Buguzhi(Psoraleae Fructus)and Duzhong(Eucommiae Cortex)-Sangjisheng(Taxilli Herba)enriching and tonifying the Liver and Kidney,strengthening sinews and invigorating bones,Xiangfu(Cy-peri Rhizoma)-Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma)activating Blood and regulating Qi,Qianghuo(Notopterygii Rhizo-ma et Radix)-Duhuo(Angelicae Pubescentis Radix)dispelling Wind and Dampness to stop pain,Fuling(Poria)-Baizhu(Atractyl-odis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)fortifying the Spleen to drying Dampness and regulating Qi,Taoren(Persicae Semen)-Honghua(Carthami Flos)activating blood and resolving stasis as well as unblocking meridians to stop the pain.关键词
