Abstract
The science and technology is an essential part of the guarantee system for building a"Beautiful China".New higher demands on the science and technology innovation of eco-environment have been put forward by achieving sci-tech self-reliance and self-strengthening at higher levels,deepening the reform of the science and technology system,and the comprehensive promotion of building a"Beautiful China".We should accurately grasp the new situation and new requirements,fully understand the progress and effectiveness of ecological and environmental science and technology in the new era,correctly deal with the"five major relationships",steadily promote the"five reconstruction and remodeling",comprehensively strengthen the Party's unified leadership over scientific and technological work related to the eco-environment.For building a"Beautiful China",we will strengthen the fundamental scientific research and key technological breakthroughs,actively build technology support forces such as talent team,platforms and bases,empower the building of a"Beautiful China"with high-level innovation in eco-environmental science and technology,and promote the achievement of self-reliance and self-improvement in green and low-carbon science and technology.关键词
